Author: Lori Ryker

Lori Ryker has been living in the GYE for twenty-five years where she designs custom homes, paints as a fine artist and teaches architecture design and theory as a visiting faculty member in universities across the country. She moved to the Yellowstone area to base the immersion education program she founded, Remote Studio, for students of architecture. Lori received her PhD from Texas A & M University and her Master of Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design. She has received numerous awards for her design and creative work including a Graham Foundation Grant, National Endowment for the Arts Grant and the Montana Governor Artist Innovation Award.
